This is a solid tutorial to get you going using the Planar tracker node. Its a great tool to use when handling paintouts. Being able to stabilize your footage so you can work on it and then re-stabilizing is such a powerful tool in compositing. This tutorial is broken up into smaller chunks to make it both easier to follow along in the moment as well as to help you if you have to come back to re-watch a specific segment. It happens to me often where I know a tutorial video has a piece of info I need but I have to scrub a larger 30 min plus video to find it. So my intention is that having it broken up into key moments is beneficial to you.
